Website inquiry data not converted to a medical record is retained for up to two years. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate properly and to understand how visitors use the site. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to collect anonymized traffic data such as page views, session duration, and general geographic region. We use CallRail for call tracking and call recording, which captures phone number, source attribution, call duration, and the audio content of calls placed to our published numbers. Our contact form and chat widget are provided by HopeSync, a third-party service. When you submit the form or use the chat, the information you provide (such as your name, contact details, and message) is processed by HopeSync to deliver it to us and support follow-up communication. Call Recording Notice

Calls placed to Your Options Medical phone numbers (including numbers displayed on this website) may be recorded for quality assurance, staff training, and follow-up care purposes. Recordings are stored by our call-tracking provider (CallRail) and are accessible to authorized Your Options Medical staff. Recordings of calls that contain protected health information are treated as part of your medical record and handled in accordance with the protections described above. Massachusetts law (M.G.L. c. 272, § 99) requires the consent of all parties to a recorded call; by remaining on the line after the audible recording notice that plays at the start of every call, you consent to being recorded. If you do not consent to recording, please end the call and contact us by visiting any of our locations in person, by mail, or through the contact form on this website. You may also request that we delete any recording of a call you participated in by emailing admin@send.emprisedigital.co.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies: Cloudflare provides content delivery and security for our website and processes web traffic on our behalf (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager collect anonymized usage data to help us improve the site (policies.google.com/privacy). CallRail provides call tracking, call routing, and call recording, including phone number, source attribution, call duration, and the audio content of inbound calls (callrail.com/privacy). Resend is used to deliver transactional emails such as appointment confirmation messages (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy). HopeSync powers the chat widget (loaded from chatinstantly.com) and the appointment request form (loaded from hsformwidget.azurewebsites.net) on our site; information submitted through either surface is sent to our patient-care platform and may be retained for follow-up purposes. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information you have submitted through our website. Minors

We serve patients of all ages, including minors, in connection with pregnancy-related medical services. Under Massachusetts law (M.G.L. c. 112, § 12F), minors may consent to their own pregnancy-related care, and information collected from minors during in-person services is handled with the same confidentiality protections as for adult patients. We do not knowingly market to or collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information through our site, please contact us so we can remove it.
