We provide factual, medically accurate information about parenting, adoption, and abortion procedures. Our team will explain the practical, medical, and emotional considerations of each. We do not perform or refer for abortions, but you deserve honest, complete information about each option. Our role is not to tell you what to do. It is to make sure you have the facts and the space to think things through at your own pace.

Our approach

Every person deserves complete, medically accurate information before a major pregnancy decision. Our patient advocates and nurses are trained to present parenting, adoption, and abortion procedures factually, answer questions honestly, and respect whatever decision you make. We will never pressure you.

Parenting

We connect you with local and statewide resources including WIC, MassHealth, housing assistance, and parenting classes. Our material assistance program provides diapers, clothing, and other essentials.

If you are considering parenting, we can help you create a practical plan. Our team connects you with Massachusetts resources including WIC (Women, Infants, and Children nutrition program), MassHealth coverage, housing assistance, and childcare referrals. We also offer ongoing material support through our assistance program, including diapers, baby clothing, car seats, and cribs as they become available through donations.

Adoption

We can explain the different types of adoption plans available in Massachusetts Choosing adoption does not mean losing all contact, as many families maintain open relationships.

If you are exploring adoption, we can walk you through the different types of adoption plans available in Massachusetts, including open adoption, semi-open adoption, and confidential adoption. Many birth parents choose to maintain some form of contact with the adoptive family. The level of openness is your decision.

Learning about abortion

We provide factual information about abortion procedures, including medication abortion and surgical options, potential risks, and what to expect. We do not perform or refer for abortions. We can also provide information on the Abortion Pill Reversal if you change your mind after taking the first medication.
