The Your Options Medical mobile medical unit parked on Main Street in Hyannis

Our fully equipped mobile medical office is stationed in Hyannis, serving Cape Cod and the surrounding area. We offer the same free, confidential services as our permanent locations, in a comfortable, private setting on wheels. Whether you need a pregnancy test, an ultrasound, or just want to talk through your options, the mobile unit is staffed by the same licensed medical professionals and trained patient advocates you would meet at any of our centers. Walk-ins are welcome, but an appointment guarantees a shorter wait.

Ultrasound on the mobile unit

Our mobile unit is equipped to perform the same limited obstetric ultrasound available at our permanent centers. The scan confirms the pregnancy, estimates how far along you are, and checks that the pregnancy is developing as expected. It is performed by trained sonographers under physician oversight, completely free of charge.

What to bring

No insurance or paperwork is required. If you have an ID we can keep a copy on file. If you are coming for an ultrasound, drink 16 to 32 ounces of water about one hour before your visit. A full bladder helps produce clearer images during early pregnancy scans. Otherwise, just bring yourself and any questions you have.

Seasonal availability

The mobile unit operates spring through early fall in Hyannis. Winter operations are paused due to weather. During the off-season, all services remain available at our four permanent center locations in Brookline, Revere, Fall River, and Hyannis. Check our contact page or call for the current schedule.
