We offer free pregnancy testing and ultrasound (an early-pregnancy scan that confirms the pregnancy, estimates how far along you are, and assesses viability) at no cost. Same private setting, same licensed clinicians, closer to home. Walk-ins are welcome, but an appointment guarantees a shorter wait.

About the Area
Our Hyannis location is the hub for Cape Cod and the surrounding islands. Located on Main Street in downtown Hyannis, we serve a mix of year-round residents and the large seasonal population that arrives each summer. This is also home base for our mobile medical unit, which provides free ultrasound and pregnancy testing from a fully equipped vehicle stationed nearby.
