We know you may have questions before scheduling a visit, and we want you to feel comfortable before you walk through our doors. Below are answers to the questions people ask most often. In Massachusetts, anyone 18 or older can receive medical services on their own. For minors, certain pregnancy-related services are available without parental notification under state law. Whatever your age, what you share with our center stays private under HIPAA (a federal law that protects your medical information from being shared without your permission).
Confidentiality

What you share with us stays with us. We do not bill insurance, so nothing about your visit is sent to any insurance company. No claim is filed, no statement is mailed, and no one in your household will receive paperwork about your appointment. Records are protected under HIPAA (a federal law that keeps your medical information private). You decide who, if anyone, you tell about your visit.
